Eligibility
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
NDIS cleaning support may be available to participants whose plan includes funding under the following support categories:
Eligibility depends on your individual NDIS plan and the supports approved by the NDIA. We recommend checking with your support coordinator or plan manager to confirm your funding.
Assistance with Daily Life
Covers domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry and household tasks.
Improved Daily Living
May cover supports that help you maintain your home environment.
Improved Living Arrangements
Can include supports that help you live independently in your home.
Billing
BILLING & PLAN MANAGEMENT
Better Spaces works with NDIS participants across all plan management types:
Plan Managed
We invoice your plan manager directly. No out-of-pocket costs for you.
Self Managed
We provide detailed invoices that you can submit to the NDIA for reimbursement.
Agency Managed
We can work alongside your support coordinator or agency. Contact us to discuss your specific arrangement.
